Residents pay for the following utilities. We will assist you with your account setup to pay for water, trash, and sewage through UMC. You will need to create an account with Southern California Edison for electricity. The community pays for gas.

Referrals
Refer a friend and receive $250 cash when they move into Artists Village. Call or text the leasing office for details or questions.
We are pet-friendly at Artists village. Pets are part of the family.
We are excited to include furry family members in our community and provide the appropriate amenities to care for them. Here are a few reminders about our pet policy.
Please keep your dog on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds.
Take advantage of our Pet Waste Stations throughout the property. Always be considerate of your neighbors and pick up after your pet!
Please make sure your pet is registered with the office.
