What is the cost of the application fee?
The Application Fee is $45 per adult over the age of 18.
Are we smoke-Free?
Yes, we are proudly smoke-free. Smoking, which includes vaping, is not allowed in the apartments or on the grounds.
Are we pet-friendly?
Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move-in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets is allowed.
How many people can live in the apartment?
Two per bedroom and one per living area.

How do i set up a resident connect account?
- Select “Create an Account”
- Enter your email address, first name, last name, and date of birth.
- Click Submit

what utilities do I pay?
Residents pay water, trash, sewage, and electricity.

We have garage and assigned parking.
